Returns and refunds policy

Refunds

In the event that you receive an order and then decide you no longer want it, please contact us and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the good, and we will give you a full refund within the next 30 days.

Returns

If you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good.

Cancellations

In accordance with prevailing distance selling regulations, you may cancel your order within 48 hours. Accordingly, your order will be despatched within three working days (though you should allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery).

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.
